Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RheXa ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including organizations and their members.

2. Description of Service

RheXa is an AI-powered email management platform that connects to your Gmail account to classify incoming emails, extract leads, generate AI replies, and automate email workflows. The Service uses artificial intelligence (OpenAI) to process email content and provide intelligent responses based on your organization's knowledge base.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • Each organization account is managed by the account owner who registered it.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 4-day free trial with limited usage (50 emails processed, 10 replies). After the trial expires, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the Service. Trial accounts that expire without upgrading will have their processing paused but data retained for 30 days.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly through our payment provider, LemonSqueezy.
  • Plan limits (emails processed, replies sent) reset each billing cycle.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@rehxa.com for refund requests.

6. Gmail Integration

  • The Service requires OAuth access to your Gmail account to function.
  • You authorize RheXa to read incoming emails, classify them, and send replies on your behalf.
  • Auto-send features, when enabled, will send AI-generated replies without manual approval for configured categories.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and configuring auto-send settings. RheXa is not liable for emails sent through automated workflows you have enabled.
  • You may revoke Gmail access at any time through Settings or your Google Account.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited bulk emails
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten others
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and AI models, is owned by RheXa. You retain ownership of your data, including emails, knowledge base content, and extracted leads. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.

9. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated replies and classifications are provided as-is. While we strive for accuracy, AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before it is sent, especially when auto-send is disabled. RheXa is not liable for any consequences resulting from AI-generated content.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RheXa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will retain your data for 30 days after termination, after which it will be permanently deleted.

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
